Mr. Pankey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia and his law degree from the Boston University School of Law. He concentrates his practice in employment discrimination, civil rights litigation, personal injury, and business litigation. He has extensive trial experience in both federal and state court. Mr. Pankey became a member of the Georgia Bar in 1992 and is also licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia. The American Trial Lawyers Association named Mr. Pankey one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in the State of Georgia. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has significant trial and courtroom experience and has won large verdicts and settlements for many satisfied clients. Mr. Pankey served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at John Marshall Law School, where he taught courses in Employment Discrimination, Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Ethics, Jurisprudence and others.
Mr. Pankey grew up on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation in Mandaree, North Dakota and is an enrolled member of the Three Affiliated Tribes---Hidatsa. In his spare time, he can be found coaching one of his four children on the football field, baseball diamond or even the chess board. In 2011, Born 2 Compete named Mr. Pankey its Coach of the Year after coaching the 11U Atlanta Colts to the North Metro Football League Championship. In 2013, he coached the 12U Colts to an undefeated NWGYFL Championship.
